Amy Baruch will focus on business, civil and bankruptcy adversary litigation
TAMPA, Fla. (October 7, 2011) -- Williams Schifino Mangione & Steady PA (Williams Schifino) is pleased to announce that Amy Baruch has joined the firm's Business Litigation group. Ms. Baruch also recently passed the Florida Bar exam and was sworn in on September 26, 2011.
Ms. Baruch's practice will include business torts, contract disputes, personal injury claims and other complex business and civil litigation matters, as well as bankruptcy adversary litigation.

Graduating cum laude with her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in May 2011, Ms. Baruch also earned a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations from Florida State University in 2006. While at Stetson, she was an Editor for the Stetson Law Review, Stetson's premier academic journal.
Ms. Baruch is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.

Robin Keener elected to Shareholder

Ms. Keener is an attorney in the insurance coverage practice group of the firm, where she provides clients with opinions and analysis of insurance coverage issues and extra-contractual exposures under personal, commercial, and professional policies. She represents insurance clients throughout the state of Florida in litigation arising from insurance coverage issues, including declaratory, breach of contract and extra-contractual actions.

Williams Schifino Expands Family Law Department
Attorney Blair Chan brings quality experience to firm
TAMPA, Fla. (December 20, 2010) -- Williams Schifino Mangione & Steady PA (Williams Schifino) is pleased to announce that attorney Blair Chan has joined the firm's family law department.
Mr. Chan has substantial experience in mediating and litigating all types of matters involving divorce, such as parenting and time-sharing matters or financial issues such as alimony, child support and the valuation and division of assets and liabilities. Mr. Chan also has experience drafting and litigating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
"We are very excited for Blair to bring his family law experience to the firm," said William J. Schifino Jr., managing shareholder of Williams Schifino. Mr. Chan serves as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and is a member of the family law section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Earning his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2001, Mr. Chan also earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to law school, Mr. Chan was an adjunct professor at Miami-Dade Community College and an instructor at the University of Texas at Arlington.
